Mature tannins, subtle minerality, and a supple, juicy core give the wine a refined, charming feel. It already offers plenty of appeal, but the magnum format suggests strong aging potential over the coming years.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eViininvalmistus\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePSI is made from very old vines in Castilla y León, sourced mainly from 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha. Fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless steel, with most of the wine kept in neutral tanks, while a smaller portion is aged in French oak, including some new barrels.
