Andreola Valdobbiadene Sesto Senso Dry is a refined sparkling wine that captures the character of Valdobbiadene through a blend of five distinct territorial expressions from the estate’s most qualified vineyards. Sourced in part from the steep Rive slopes of Dirupo, it reflects both the precision and the dramatic landscape that have made this corner of Veneto so highly regarded for Prosecco-style wines. The result is an expressive dry spumante with depth, elegance, and a clear sense of place.
Makuprofiili
Pale straw yellow in the glass, it shows a lively and persistent mousse that gives the wine a bright, inviting appearance. The nose is fresh and layered, with notes of orchard fruit, white flowers, citrus peel, and subtle mineral nuances that speak to the hillside vineyards behind it.
On the palate, it is dry, crisp, and well balanced, with fine bubbles carrying flavors of green apple, pear, and delicate floral accents. The structure is clean and energetic, with a mineral edge that adds definition and length. Best enjoyed young for maximum freshness, though it can hold its charm over the short term.
Viininvalmistus
Sesto Senso is born from a blend of five different expressions of Andreola’s Valdobbiadene DOCG vineyards, including fruit from the steep Rive slopes of Dirupo, where altitude and incline help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The terroir is shaped by the rolling, hilly landscape of Veneto, where drainage, sun exposure, and diurnal temperature variation contribute to the wine’s finesse. The grapes are harvested with care from the estate’s most suitable parcels and vinified to preserve purity, fragrance, and the natural vibrancy of the fruit.
Ruoka & tarjoilu
This dry sparkling wine is a versatile match for aperitifs, light seafood dishes, sushi, shellfish, vegetable risottos, and delicate white meats. It also pairs nicely with fresh cheeses and finger foods. Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, and there is no need for decanting; simply open and enjoy.
