Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a deep, intense color that hints at its ripe, structured style. The aroma is expansive and layered, with blackcurrant, blueberry, leather, dark chocolate, clove, incense, charcoal, sage, and eucalyptus building in waves. On the palate it is full-bodied and powerful, yet remarkably smooth, with plush tannins and a long, resonant finish. The blend delivers both immediate appeal and serious aging potential, with the structure to develop gracefully over many years. Viininvalmistus
Made in California’s Napa Valley, this wine brings together the region’s ripe fruit character and the added nuance of a classic Bordelaise-inspired blend. The dominant Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and depth, while Sangiovese adds brightness and a touch of lift, and Petit Verdot contributes color, spice, and backbone. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a natural partner for grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, venison, or other richly flavored dishes. It also works beautifully with aged hard cheeses and truffle-based preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant for at least one hour to allow the aromas and textures to open fully.
