Banfi Bolgheri Rosso Aska 2023 is a polished Tuscan red that brings together the elegance of Cabernet Franc and the structure of Cabernet Sauvignon. Makuprofiili
In the glass, Aska shows an intense ruby-red color with violet reflections, hinting at its youthful energy and concentration. The nose opens with complex aromas of red berries, followed by deeper notes of tobacco and liquorice that add width and character. On the palate, the wine is supple and refined, with sweet, elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish. Its combination of freshness, structure, and layered fruit suggests very good aging potential, allowing the wine to develop further complexity over time.

Produced in Bolgheri, one of Tuscany’s most acclaimed coastal wine zones, Aska benefits from a terroir shaped by warm Mediterranean influence, cooling sea breezes, and well-drained soils that are ideal for Cabernet varieties. The grapes are carefully harvested at optimal ripeness, and the wine is vinified to preserve aromatic purity, freshness, and the natural depth of the blend.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled or roasted red meats, game, lamb, and rich Tuscan dishes such as wild boar ragù or mushroom-based pasta. It also works well with aged cheeses and hearty Mediterranean cuisine. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for about 30–60 minutes is recommended, especially if enjoyed young.
