Bellavista Franciacorta Alma Non Dosato Assemblage 2 Magnum is a refined expression of Lombardy’s most celebrated sparkling wine style, presented in a generous magnum format that makes it ideal for special occasions. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and bottled without dosage, it delivers a purer, more precise view of Bellavista’s elegant house style while highlighting the freshness and minerality that define Franciacorta.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Franciacorta shows a bright, luminous straw-yellow color with a persistent, finely textured mousse. The nose is delicate yet expressive, offering notes of white flowers, crisp orchard fruit, citrus zest, and subtle hints of bread crust and almond from extended lees aging. On the palate, it is dry, focused, and beautifully balanced, with clean acidity carrying flavors of green apple, pear, lemon peel, and a faint saline edge. The non-dosé style gives the wine a very direct, chiselled finish, making it especially appealing for lovers of precise, elegant sparkling wines. While already enjoyable now, the magnum format supports graceful development over time, allowing added complexity to emerge with cellaring.

Viininvalmistus
Bellavista sources grapes from carefully selected vineyards in Franciacorta, where the moraine-rich soils and cool breezes from Lake Iseo help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, ensuring only the best fruit enters production. The wine is vinified with great precision, and the absence of dosage after disgorgement emphasizes purity, structure, and terroir-driven character.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C to best appreciate its freshness and fine mousse. It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sushi, delicate seafood dishes, light white meats, and aged hard cheeses; the dry style also makes it a superb match for refined aperitifs. Decanting is not recommended, but allowing the wine a few minutes in the glass can help its aromatic layers open naturally.
