In the glass, this ros e9 Franciacorta shows a delicate salmon-pink hue with a lively, persistent mousse. The bouquet is elegant and expressive, with notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, citrus peel, rose petal, and subtle brioche and almond tones from time on the lees. On the palate, it is bright and finely textured, balancing fresh red berries and crisp citrus with creamy depth and mineral tension. The magnum format helps preserve freshness while allowing the wine to develop extra complexity over time. While already charming, it also has the structure and finesse to evolve gracefully in the bottle for several years.

The grapes are typically harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, with careful selection to preserve purity and acidity. Vinification follows the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging to build texture, complexity, and refinement.
