Despite its power, the texture remains smooth and plush, with a long, silky finish that lingers beautifully. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an ideal match for grilled steak, barbecued ribs, slow-braised beef, roast lamb, or hearty dishes with rich sauces, as well as mature cheeses and dark chocolate desserts. Serve slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C, and decant for about 30–60 minutes if possible to help the wine open up and show its full aromatic depth.
