Charles Heidsieck Blanc des Millénaires 2007 is a refined vintage Blanc de Blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay, sourced from some of the finest vineyard sites in the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Cramant, Oger, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Vertus. Crafted only in exceptional years, it reflects both the precision and generosity of Charles Heidsieck’s style, while paying tribute to the elegance and purity of Chardonnay.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is layered and expressive, with aromas of fresh citrus, white flowers, toasted nuts, and subtle hints of brioche, underpinned by a delicate mineral character. The palate is rich yet beautifully balanced, with a creamy texture, vibrant acidity, and a long, graceful finish that unfolds with notes of citrus, almond, and honey. Extended cellar aging has added depth and complexity while preserving the wine’s freshness, giving it excellent aging potential for those who enjoy mature Champagne.

Viininvalmistus
This Champagne comes from premier Chardonnay terroirs in the Côte des Blancs, where chalky soils and cool conditions help preserve freshness, finesse, and mineral tension. The grapes are carefully selected from top crus and harvested by hand in only the best vintages, ensuring optimal ripeness and quality. After vinification, the wine is aged in the cellar for more than a decade, allowing extended lees contact to build texture, complexity, and aromatic depth.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C to highlight its finesse and structure. It pairs beautifully with seafood such as oysters, scallops, lobster, and crab, as well as poultry, veal, and dishes with creamy sauces; it can also be enjoyed on its own as an elegant aperitif. Decanting is generally not recommended for Champagne, though a short period in the glass will allow its aromas to open gracefully.
