Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef fillet, duck breast, game birds, and mushroom-based dishes, as well as hard cheeses such as Comté or aged Manchego. Serve at around 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromatics and structure. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended when young, especially to soften the tannins and allow the wine’s layered Bordeaux character to fully unfold.
