Château de Pampelonne Rosé 2024 is a refined and vibrant Provence rosé that captures the easy elegance of the Côtes de Provence. Made from classic southern French grape varieties and shaped by a historic estate near the iconic Pampelonne beach, it offers freshness, finesse, and a distinctly Mediterranean charm.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this rosé is very pale and almost transparent, with subtle orange reflections that hint at its delicate style. The nose is finely drawn, offering notes of rose petals, grapefruit, lemon, candied red berries, peach, and a light touch of spice. The palate is fresh and lively, with a supple, almost creamy texture that gives the wine more depth than its light appearance suggests. Flavours of peach and apricot carry through the finish, which is long, silky, and balanced. Enjoy it young for its brightness and aromatic purity, though it is best appreciated in its youth rather than for long-term cellaring.

Viininvalmistus
The vineyards benefit from the mild Mediterranean climate of Provence, where plenty of sunshine and coastal conditions support healthy ripening and elegant fruit expression. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity, then undergo a short maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in concrete tanks to retain the wine’s fruit purity, minerality, and delicate character.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This rosé is an excellent aperitif and pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, fresh salads, and grilled vegetables. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and no decanting is needed.
