Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve Château d'Yquem slightly chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to best highlight its complexity and freshness. It pairs beautifully with foie gras, blue cheeses, fruit-based desserts, tarte Tatin, crème brûlée, or simply on its own as a contemplative wine; decanting is usually unnecessary, though older bottles may benefit from a gentle decant to remove sediment.
