Viininvalmistus
The vineyards of Château Margaux are rooted in Bordeaux’s famed Margaux terroir, where gravelly soils provide excellent drainage and encourage Cabernet Sauvignon to reach exceptional aromatic precision and depth. The estate farms around 90 hectares out of the 100 permitted, with a strong focus on preserving older vines, which contribute concentration and complexity to the grand vin. Harvesting is carried out parcel by parcel to capture optimal ripeness, and the vinification is guided by a meticulous selection process designed to preserve finesse, freshness, and structure while allowing the wine’s natural elegance to shine.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a wine to serve with equally distinguished dishes such as roast beef, lamb saddle, duck breast, venison, or dishes with truffle and wild mushroom elements. It also pairs beautifully with mature hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decant several hours in advance if drinking young, as the wine benefits from air to раскры its full aromatic complexity and soften its structure.
