Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a wine best enjoyed slowly, ideally alongside refined desserts such as tarte Tatin, fruit-based pastries, crème brûlée, or blue cheese. Serve slightly chilled, around 8–10°C, to preserve freshness and highlight its aromatic detail. Decanting is generally not necessary, though opening the bottle a little in advance can help the wine express itself more fully.
