Makuprofiili
Deep ruby in the glass, this wine opens with a layered bouquet of dark cherries, ripe plums, graphite and a refined cedar note. The aromatics are expressive yet composed, reflecting both the warmth of the vintage and the wine’s underlying freshness. On the palate, it is dense and silky, with generous Merlot-driven fruit supported by the structure and lift of Cabernet Franc. The tannins are ripe and well-rounded, and the finish lingers with fresh, chalky energy. Already wonderfully harmonious, it has the balance and depth to age gracefully for many years.

Viininvalmistus
The vines grow on the limestone-rich plateau west of Saint-Émilion, a terroir that lends the wine its signature mineral tension and elegance. Farming is carried out with sustainable respect for the soil and vines, and harvesting is done by hand to ensure only the best fruit is selected. The grapes are vinified parcel by parcel in small vats, then aged in French barriques with a moderate proportion of new oak, allowing the wine’s natural balance of fruit, acidity and structure to remain at the forefront.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a superb match for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game birds, or mushroom-based dishes, as well as hard aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine’s aromas and texture to fully unfold.
