Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a deep, dark ruby colour that hints at its concentration and depth. The nose opens with ripe black cherry, plum and blackberry, lifted by graphite, cedar, and a subtle mineral edge that brings freshness and definition. On the palate, it is layered and expansive, with dark fruit framed by supple, mature tannins and a silky, textural feel. Notes of spice, cedar, and chalky minerality add complexity to the long finish. Already harmonious and complete, this is a wine with the structure to continue developing beautifully over time.

Viininvalmistus
The vineyards are planted on the limestone-rich plateau west of Saint-Émilion, where the calcareous soils lend tension, finesse, and a distinctive mineral signature. The fruit is harvested by hand and vinified parcel by parcel in small vats, allowing each plot to express its individual character before blending. The wine is then aged in French barriques, with a moderate proportion of new oak, to preserve balance between fruit, freshness, and structure.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent match for roast beef, lamb, duck breast, game birds, and dishes with mushrooms or truffle. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16-18°C, and decant for at least 1-2 hours if drinking young, especially from the larger format, to allow the wine to fully раскрыvel its aroma and texture.
