In the glass, the wine shows a bright, pale straw-yellow color that signals freshness and vitality. The nose opens with aromas of fresh fruit and delicate floral notes, giving it a lifted and inviting character. On the palate, it is fruity, vibrant, and notably persistent, with a subtle spicy undertone that adds complexity and length. The balance between tension and roundness suggests very good aging potential, with the wine likely to gain further nuance over the next few years while remaining beautifully aromatic.

Viininvalmistus
Les Chasseignes is produced from biodynamically farmed vineyards in Sancerre, where the Loire’s cool climate and distinctive terroir help shape the wine’s precision and aromatic purity. The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a long pneumatic pressing to preserve delicacy and freshness. Alcoholic fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels, followed by 8 months of aging to build texture and complexity without overshadowing the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Sancerre pairs especially well with oysters, shellfish, grilled white fish, goat cheese, asparagus, and light poultry dishes. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C to highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not necessary, but allowing the wine a short time in the glass can help раскры its floral and spicy nuances.
