Sourced from a high-altitude climat with chalky, stone-rich soils, it offers striking minerality, finesse, and the depth expected from one of the Côte de Nuits’ most respected villages.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby-red color that hints at its concentration and structure. The nose opens with dark berries, ripe cherries, forest floor, and subtle spice, creating a layered and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, it is elegant yet firmly shaped, with silky tannins, bright freshness, and a long, harmonious finish. The balance of fruit, minerality, and structure gives it excellent aging potential, allowing the wine to evolve gracefully over the coming years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from Les Evocelles, a high-lying climat in Gevrey-Chambertin with limestone-rich, rocky soils that help preserve freshness and bring a finely etched mineral character to the wine. The 100% Pinot Noir grapes are harvested by hand and vinified traditionally without added yeast, before aging for 12–18 months in French oak barrels to develop complexity while preserving the purity of the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with duck, roast chicken, game birds, mushroom dishes, and classic Burgundy-style preparations, as well as aged cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 30–60 minutes if drinking young to let the wine open up fully.
