Collalbrigo Prosecco Brut is a vibrant Veneto sparkling wine made from Glera grown on low-yield hillside vineyards shaped by the glacial movements of the Dolomites. With mature vines, stony clay soils, and a vegan-friendly production approach, it offers a refined expression of Prosecco with both freshness and character.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Brut typically shows a pale straw color with lively, fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting, with notes of green apple, pear, citrus, and delicate floral accents. On the palate, it is crisp and energetic, balancing bright fruit with a clean, dry finish and a pleasing mineral edge from the hillside terroir. The wine is best enjoyed young to capture its freshness and delicate aromatics, rather than cellared for long aging.

Tenuta di Collalbrigo sources this Prosecco DOC from hillside vineyards in Veneto formed by ancient glacial activity from the Dolomites. The vineyards average 25 to 30 years of age and are planted in clay and small-stone soils, with low yields contributing concentration and finesse. All wines are produced without protein-based fining agents, making them suitable for vegan consumers.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, to preserve its lively mousse and fresh fruit profile. It is an excellent match for aperitifs, light seafood, sushi, shellfish, fresh salads, and delicate creamy cheeses. Decanting is not recommended for sparkling wine.
