Collalbrigo Prosecco Rosè Millesimato Brut 2022 is a refined expression of Conegliano Valdobbiadene, crafted from low-yield vineyards in one of Italy’s most celebrated sparkling wine areas. Made from Glera and Pinot Noir, it combines freshness, delicacy, and a subtle rosy character, while also reflecting the heritage of a UNESCO-listed landscape shaped by ancient glacial movement.

Makuprofiili
This vintage rosé sparkling wine typically shows a pale pink hue with a fine, lively mousse. On the nose, expect fresh red berries, citrus peel, and delicate floral notes, supported by a clean mineral edge. The palate is crisp and elegant, with bright acidity, notes of wild strawberries, redcurrant, and orchard fruit, finishing dry and refreshing thanks to its Brut style. While approachable in its youth, it should retain its charm and freshness over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
The vineyards of Tenuta di Collalbrigo lie on steep west-facing slopes in Conegliano Valdobbiadene, where clay and small stones create well-drained soils that help concentrate flavor. The vines are on average 25–30 years old, and the estate’s low-yield approach supports quality over quantity. All wines are produced without protein-based fining agents, making them suitable for vegans; however, no further vinification details have been provided.

This Prosecco Rosé Brut is an excellent match for seafood, sushi, light pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, and soft cheeses, as well as aperitifs and antipasti. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C for the best expression of its freshness and finesse; decanting is not recommended for sparkling wine.
