On the palate, it is full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with firm structure underlying sappy black fruit, truffle, and a saline, mouthwatering finish. Ruoka & tarjoilu

Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for a short period if the bottle is still showing some restraint, though older bottles may be better opened gently to preserve their nuance.
