Novecento Chianti Classico Riserva was created to celebrate Dievole’s 900-year legacy, rooted in the ancient vineyards of the Chianti Classico zone in Tuscany. The estate’s terroir is shaped by the rolling hills, mineral-rich soils, and warm days balanced by cool nights, which help preserve freshness and aromatic precision in the grapes. Harvesting is typically carried out with care to select only the best fruit, followed by traditional vinification designed to highlight the purity of Sangiovese and the depth contributed by Canaiolo Nero and Colorino.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with classic Tuscan dishes such as bistecca alla fiorentina, pappardelle with wild boar ragu, roasted lamb, and aged pecorino. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 30–60 minutes if you want the aromas to open up fully and the tannins to soften.
