Dom Perignon 2015

Serve chilled at 8–10°C. It pairs beautifully with oysters, caviar, lobster, sashimi, roast poultry, truffle dishes, or fine creamy cheeses. Decanting is not usually necessary, but allowing the Champagne to breathe briefly in the glass can help reveal its full aromatic depth.
