Pale gold in the glass with a refined, persistent mousse, this vintage champagne immediately suggests class and precision. The nose opens with citrus peel, green apple, pear and white flowers, then develops more complex layers of toasted bread, almond and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, it is energetic yet poised, with crisp acidity, a silky texture and a long, structured finish. Chardonnay brings brightness and elegance, while Pinot Noir adds depth and frame. Thanks to its superb balance and concentration, it has excellent ageing potential and can continue to evolve beautifully over the next 15–20 years.

Dom Pérignon 2008 comes from Champagne, where the cool growing season of that year challenged the vines but rewarded the best parcels with exceptional freshness, structure and complexity. The blend combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, harvested for balance and precision, and the wine was matured on lees for at least nine years in bottle to build texture, depth and aromatic complexity.

Serve at 8–10°C and enjoy as a refined aperitif or alongside shellfish, lobster, scallops, delicate fish dishes or light poultry preparations. Decanting is not necessary, but allowing it a few minutes in the glass can help the aromatics open beautifully.
