Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as lobster, scallops, caviar, roast poultry, truffle risotto, or aged hard cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C to best reveal its aromatic detail and layered palate. Decanting is generally not recommended, as it is best enjoyed directly from the bottle to preserve its fine mousse and freshness.
