Viininvalmistus
Made in the Loire at Domaine de la Chaise, the wine comes from the slopes of Saint-Georges-sur-Cher, where the domaine’s 57 hectares benefit from a terroir well suited to Loire whites. The grapes are harvested only in years when frost has not affected the fruit, and the winemaking is aimed at preserving freshness, brightness, and the natural aromatic profile of Chenin Blanc.
