Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis 2013 is a beautifully composed Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy’s most respected addresses. Sourced from several parcels around the village, it captures the refined, mineral-driven character of Morey-Saint-Denis with the lifted aromatics and precision that have made Dujac a benchmark producer in the region.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a clear, elegant ruby colour with the translucence typical of fine Burgundy. The nose opens with ripe red berries, violet, forest floor and a subtle hint of spicy oak, all delivered with graceful restraint. The palate is poised and finely structured, offering red fruit, delicate earthiness and vibrant acidity wrapped around fine tannins. It is already drinking harmoniously, yet still carries enough freshness and length to continue evolving gracefully over the coming years. The 2013 vintage’s cool, classic profile lends the wine a sleek, mineral edge that enhances its sense of clarity and finesse.

Viininvalmistus
The wine comes from several parcels around Morey-Saint-Denis, where limestone-rich soils and old Pinot Noir vines contribute concentration, texture and aromatic detail. The grapes were hand-harvested and partially vinified as whole clusters to preserve freshness and complexity. After fermentation, the wine matured in French oak barrels, with a portion of new oak providing added structure and a discreet touch of spice.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs wonderfully with duck breast, roast quail, mushroom risotto, game birds or simply roasted chicken with herbs. Serve at around 15–17°C to highlight its aromatic lift and balance. Decanting is optional, but a short aeration can help the wine open up, especially if served while still young in bottle.
