Domaine Faury Côte-Rôtie Réviniscence 2019 is a refined and expressive Rhône red that captures the elegance of one of the appellation’s most celebrated terroirs. Made from 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier, it balances depth and perfume beautifully, with the kind of complexity and finesse that have made Côte-Rôtie a benchmark for Syrah-driven wines.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a beautiful dark ruby-red colour, setting the stage for a wine with real aromatic presence. The nose opens with a complex mix of red and black fruits, lifted by floral notes of violets that add freshness and charm. On the palate, the wine is juicy, elegant, and finely detailed, with a clean, long, and subtle finish. The structure suggests very good aging potential, allowing its layers of fruit, florals, and savory nuance to evolve gracefully over time.

Viininvalmistus
The vines are planted on steep slopes with a south-facing exposure in the Côte-Rôtie appellation, a setting that helps shape the wine’s concentration, ripeness, and aromatic intensity. The different parcels are vinified and aged separately to preserve the character of each terroir before final blending. The wine is matured for 18 to 20 months, a careful élevage that supports both complexity and purity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a versatile yet elegant food wine, ideal with roast lamb, duck breast, venison, mushroom dishes, or rich poultry preparations. It is best served slightly below room temperature, around 16–18°C, and may benefit from decanting for about 1 hour if opened молод (young) to let the aromatics fully unfold.
