Makuprofiili
In the glass, this wine shows a bright, luminous pale gold color. The nose is expressive and inviting, with notes of white flowers, citrus zest, and roasted nuts, layered with a gentle hint of oak. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced and harmonious, offering a medium to full-bodied texture with ripe fruit, fresh citrus tones, and a discreet touch of vanilla from barrel aging. A fine mineral line adds precision and lift to the wine’s generous structure. The finish is long, fresh, and persistent. It has good aging potential and should develop added complexity over the coming years.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from limestone- and clay-rich soils in Chassagne-Montrachet, an area whose cool microclimate helps Chardonnay develop both richness and definition. Harvesting is typically carried out with care to preserve fruit quality, and the wine is vinified to express the balance between terroir-driven minerality and the rounded texture associated with the appellation. Partial or careful oak maturation contributes subtle spice and vanilla nuances without overshadowing the wine’s natural freshness.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is an excellent match for fine seafood dishes such as scallops, lobster, crab, or grilled sole, and it also pairs beautifully with poultry in creamy sauces, risotto, or mild soft cheeses. Serve it at around 10–12°C. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help open the wine if enjoyed young.
