In the glass, it shows a clear ruby color with subtle brick-toned reflections, a sign of graceful evolution. The nose is layered and expressive, offering ripe cherry, raspberry, and wild strawberry, lifted by violet and rose petals, before unfolding into spice, truffle, forest floor, and gentle toasted oak. The palate is silky and harmonious, with mature, fine-grained tannins and a lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and precise. Red fruit, spice, mineral nuance, and a delicate earthy depth carry through to a long, elegant finish. It is drinking beautifully now, though it can still gain additional tertiary complexity with a little more cellaring.

Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 30–60 minutes if opening now to allow the bouquet to fully open, though older bottles should be handled gently and tasted as they evolve in the glass.
