Domaine Serene "R" Rosé XII is no ordinary rosé — it’s a serious, layered wine made with the same precision and ambition that have made the estate one of Oregon’s most celebrated producers. Built on the art of blending and drawn from the best parcels in the Domaine Serene portfolio, this non-vintage cuvée offers a style that recalls top Bandol rosé, but with even more depth, elegance, and complexity.

Makuprofiili
Pale to medium salmon in the glass, it opens with an expressive, fragrant nose of strawberry, apple blossom, passion fruit, lilac, and lychee. The aromatics are immediately inviting and noticeably more complex than what most people expect from rosé. On the palate, it is bright and refreshing yet beautifully layered, with citrus, strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and passion fruit supported by delicate notes of rose petals and lavender on the finish. The texture is refined and polished, giving the wine an impressive sense of balance and finesse. This is a rosé that can be enjoyed now for its freshness, but it also has the structure and complexity to age gracefully for a short period.

Viininvalmistus
Made from a blend of several grape varieties sourced from Domaine Serene’s best vineyards in Oregon, "R" Rosé XII reflects a terroir-driven approach focused on quality and balance. The wine is assembled from multiple vintages in the manner of non-vintage Champagne, highlighting the estate’s blending skill and allowing for greater consistency and complexity in the final cuvée.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C. It is an excellent match for grilled prawns, salmon, tuna tartare, Mediterranean salads, roasted chicken, sushi, and dishes with fresh herbs or light spice. Decanting is not necessary, though a brief splash in the glass can help the aromatics open up.
