In the glass, this rosé shows the classic bright pink-orange hue associated with Côtes de Provence. Viininvalmistus
By Ott is crafted mainly from grapes grown at two of Domaines Ott’s estates in Côtes de Provence: Château Mireille and Château de Selle. The fruit is harvested separately according to ripening, fully destemmed, and gently crushed before resting in tank overnight. After that, the juice is pressed off the skins and seeds, with fermentation carried out in stainless steel to preserve freshness and clarity. The final blend is assembled after fermentation, with the focus on balancing aromatic lift, texture, and complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This rosé is a natural match for cold buffet dishes, seafood, fish, shellfish, poultry, and white meats. It also pairs beautifully with Provençal cuisine and lightly spiced exotic dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
