Makuprofiili
This wine is typically pale straw in color with a bright, fresh appearance that hints at its energy and precision. Viininvalmistus
The vineyards lie in Abruzzo’s rolling hills, in an area stretching from the Apennines toward the sea, where altitude, cool breezes, and clay-rich soils create ideal conditions for Trebbiano. The grapes are traditionally harvested and vinified at Emidio Pepe using time-honored methods, with careful fermentation and aging designed to preserve varietal purity, texture, and the wine’s natural balance.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This versatile white pairs especially well with grilled fish, shellfish, seafood risotto, roast chicken, and lighter pork dishes, as well as fresh cheeses and vegetable-based Mediterranean cuisine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not usually necessary for a young vintage, though a brief opening in the glass can help reveal more aromatic detail.
