Pale straw in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, it opens with delicate aromas of citrus zest, green apple, white flowers, and a subtle hint of brioche. With air, more layered notes emerge, including almond, mineral tones, and a touch of ripe stone fruit. On the palate it is crisp, precise, and elegantly textured, balancing bright acidity with a creamy mid-palate and a dry, clean finish. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brings both freshness and structure, while the Alta Langa origin adds depth and a distinctly mineral edge. This wine has the balance to develop further over the next few years, gaining extra complexity and nuance with bottle age.
