Makuprofiili
In the glass, it presents a pale golden hue with a lively, luminous clarity. The nose opens with inviting aromas of panna cotta, quince, citrus, and a subtle flinty edge, giving it both richness and lift. On the palate, it unfolds with notes of lemon zest, white nectarine, honey, and chamomile, carried by a clean line of freshness that keeps the wine feeling energetic and composed. The oak is kept deliberately in the background, allowing the fruit to remain vivid and expressive rather than masked by toast or creaminess. This makes the wine especially appealing now, though its balance and structure suggest it should hold nicely over the next few years, developing more nuance with time.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from Ferrington and Savoy Vineyards in Anderson Valley, one of California’s cooler Chardonnay-growing regions, where the climate helps preserve acidity and aromatic detail. After harvest, the wine was fermented and then rested for 9 months in neutral French oak barrels, a choice that adds texture without overpowering the purity of the fruit. The result is a Chardonnay shaped more by freshness and site character than by heavy winemaking.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay works beautifully with roast chicken, grilled seafood, lobster, creamy pasta dishes, and vegetable risotto, as well as soft cheeses like brie or triple cream. Serve it chilled at around 10–12°C for the best balance of freshness and texture. Decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the aromas open further.
