Franz Keller Petit Adler Rosé Brut is an elegant sparkling wine from Baden that showcases Pinot Noir in a refined, fresh style. Crafted using the traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle, it combines delicate fruit, lively acidity, and a fine, persistent mousse. The wine reflects the quality and precision associated with Kaiserstuhl, one of Germany’s most distinctive cool-climate Pinot Noir growing areas.

Makuprofiili
Pale pink in the glass, this Rosé Brut is inviting and refined. The nose opens with fresh red berries such as strawberry and raspberry, layered with floral notes and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate it is dry, crisp, and well balanced, with bright acidity carrying delicate fruit flavors through to a clean, refreshing finish. The mousse is fine and persistent, giving the wine a polished texture. Best enjoyed young for its vibrancy and freshness, though it should hold well in the near term.

Franz Keller Petit Adler Rosé Brut works beautifully as an aperitif, but it also pairs well with light dishes such as smoked salmon, seafood, sushi, fresh salads, and poultry. Serve chilled at around 6–8°C to best show its freshness and fine mousse. Decanting is not necessary.
