Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve chilled, ideally around 6-8°C, to highlight its freshness and fine mousse. It pairs beautifully with brunch dishes, smoked salmon, goat cheese, light salads, shellfish, fresh fruit desserts, and delicate vegetarian plates. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open and serve directly to preserve its lively bubbles and aromatic lift.
