Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a dark, inky color that immediately signals intensity and concentration. The nose is strikingly layered with dark and red berries, crème de cassis, cocoa powder, white flowers, cedar, espresso, and pipe tobacco. On the palate it is plush, deep, and beautifully textured, with velvety tannins framing the fruit in a powerful yet polished style. The finish is long and commanding, and while the wine is already impressive, it has the structure and depth to develop further over the next several years—likely reaching an even more extraordinary level with 2–3 years of cellaring and beyond.

Viininvalmistus
Kayli Morgan Vineyard sits at the foot of Mount Howell in St. Helena, in the heart of Napa Valley, where the site’s ideal exposure and terroir provide outstanding conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvesting and sorting are done by hand to preserve only the best fruit, and the wine is then aged in specially selected new French oak barrels of the highest quality. Only the heartwood is used, and it is air-dried for three years before being crafted into barrels; the wine matures in these barrels for up to 30 months.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent match for richly flavored dishes such as ribeye, dry-aged beef, lamb chops, venison, and truffle-infused preparations. It also pairs well with aged hard cheeses and hearty mushroom-based dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for at least 1–2 hours is recommended to allow the wine to fully open and show its depth and complexity.
