La Scolca Soldati Metodo Classico Brut

La Scolca Soldati Metodo Classico Brut is a refined sparkling wine from Piemonte, crafted entirely from Cortese grapes and made in the traditional method. Aged for more than 24 months on the lees, it brings together elegance, precision, and a distinctly Italian sense of finesse, with notes that move from fresh bakery nuances to a softer, more complex finish.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a pale straw-gold color with a lively, persistent mousse. The nose opens with delicate aromas of yeast, bread crust, and subtle citrus, gradually revealing hints of honey and spice as it breathes. On the palate, it is crisp and well-balanced, with fine bubbles, bright acidity, and a clean mineral edge that reflects the character of Cortese. The extended lees aging adds texture and depth, giving the wine a layered finish that remains fresh and poised. It has good aging potential for those who enjoy sparkling wines with developing complexity.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in Piemonte using the traditional method, this sparkling wine is made from Cortese grapes selected for their suitability to the Gavi DOCG area. The wine undergoes a slow secondary fermentation on the lees, followed by over 24 months of bottle aging, allowing it to build finesse, aromatic nuance, and a more complex structure.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal with fine seafood, oysters, delicate shellfish, sushi, and light antipasti, as well as creamy risottos and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its freshness and delicate mousse.
