Letrari Dosaggio Zero

Letrari Dosaggio Zero is a crisp, refined sparkling wine from Trentino Alto Adige, made entirely from Chardonnay and bottled without added dosage. That zero-dosage style gives it a particularly dry, precise profile, allowing the purity of the fruit and the elegance of the terroir to shine through. It reflects the region’s strong tradition of crafting high-quality Metodo Classico wines with real finesse.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it typically shows a bright straw-yellow color with a lively, fine mousse. The nose is fresh and expressive, with notes of green apple, citrus peel, white flowers, and subtle hints of brioche or almond from aging on the lees. On the palate, it is taut, clean, and mineral-driven, with lively acidity and a very dry finish that emphasizes freshness and precision. The Chardonnay brings a polished structure and a delicate creamy texture, while the lack of dosage keeps the wine focused and linear. It is best enjoyed young to capture its vibrant energy, though well-made examples can develop extra complexity with a few years of bottle aging.

Viininvalmistus
Produced in Trentino Alto Adige, a cool alpine region known for its limestone-rich soils, mountain breezes, and ideal conditions for sparkling wine production, this wine benefits from excellent natural acidity and slow grape ripening. The Chardonnay is typically harvested by hand to preserve fruit quality, then vinified using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees contact to build texture and depth.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Letrari Dosaggio Zero pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, sashimi, sushi, light seafood dishes, and delicate risottos. It also works well as an aperitif or alongside fresh goat cheese and vegetable-based starters. Serve chilled at 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving to preserve its freshness and fine mousse.
