Cristal 1990 is made in Champagne, France, from grapes grown on Louis Roederer’s Grand Cru sites, where chalky soils and a cool continental climate provide the finesse and mineral tension so prized in top Champagne. The 1990 vintage benefitted from a warm, stable season that delivered ripe, concentrated fruit with excellent natural balance. Harvested by hand and selected with great care, the wine was vinified using the traditional méthode champenoise and then aged extensively in bottle to build its signature depth, texture, and precision.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a Champagne suited to refined dishes that match its richness and complexity, such as lobster, foie gras, scallops, or truffle-based creations. It also pairs beautifully with delicate poultry dishes and aged hard cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and consider a gentle decant only if the bottle seems very closed on opening; otherwise, allow it to open gradually in the glass.
