Cristal Rosé shows a beautiful salmon-pink hue with golden reflections, immediately hinting at its elegance and evolution in bottle. The nose is driven by concentrated red berry aromas that unfold beautifully in the glass, gradually revealing more layered and expressive details. On the palate, this is a rich and textured Champagne with impressive depth, showing notes of cherry, plum, and almond. The finish is soft, long, and graceful, with a clear sense of balance and a structure that suggests excellent aging potential. It remains unmistakably in the Cristal style, combining fruit intensity, class, and finesse.

Viininvalmistus
Cristal Rosé is made using Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with Louis Roederer employing skin maceration to achieve its signature color and style. The Pinot Noir skins remain in contact with the juice for several hours before pressing, and some of the fruit comes from the house’s oldest vines, which yield highly concentrated grapes with exceptional aromatic intensity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is best enjoyed with refined dishes such as lobster, langoustines, sashimi, salmon tartare, truffle risotto, or simply with delicate poultry and fine cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, allow it to open gradually in the glass.
