The grapes are selected from highly regarded growers, harvested with a focus on quality, and brought to the producer’s cellar in Beaune for vinification. The wine is aged on its lees in new traditional Burgundy oak barrels, a hallmark of the estate’s style, which adds richness, structure, and a subtle frame without obscuring the terroir. Bottling is done manually, without filtration, preserving texture and intensity in the finished wine.

This is an excellent match for rich dishes such as roast duck, pheasant, venison, beef tenderloin, or braised lamb.
