Maso Martis Alma 800 Müller Thurgau 2023 is a mountain-grown white wine that captures the freshness and aromatic intensity of high-altitude Trentino. Sourced from vineyards at 800 meters in Montevaccino, it stands out for its perfume, energy, and distinctly alpine character—an expression shaped by cool temperatures and mineral-rich soils. This is a relatively new project, born from the 2022 harvest, but rooted in vineyards that have been cultivated in Müller Thurgau since 2010.

Viininvalmistus
The vineyards for Al+Ma 800 are located in Montevaccino, in the Pragrande area of Trentino, at 800 meters above sea level—an altitude that brings cool nights, slow ripening, and excellent aromatic development. The soils are made up of mixed glacial material with a strong porphyry influence, contributing to the wine’s mineral profile and crisp, mountain-driven style. The grapes have been cultivated as Müller Thurgau since 2010, and the Al+Ma 800 project was launched with the 2022 harvest, highlighting this unique high-elevation site and its natural freshness.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a versatile white wine for refined, lighter dishes such as grilled fish, shellfish, sushi, spring vegetables, risotto, and fresh goat cheese. It also pairs well with herb-driven poultry dishes and Alpine cuisine. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C; decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass can help release its aromatic layers.
