Made from Gamay and crafted under biodynamic principles with minimal intervention, it captures the charm of Morgon in a fresh, easygoing style that’s best enjoyed young.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a bright, inviting red-fruit profile with a lively, youthful look. The nose opens with violets and iris, followed by cherry, raspberry, plum, and the earthy potting-soil note so often associated with Gamay. The palate is light, fruit-driven, and wonderfully summer-ready, with a supple texture and no unnecessary weight. It’s made for drinking in its youth, while the fruit is still vivid and the wine’s cheerful, effortless character is at its best.

This wine comes from Morgon in Beaujolais, where Gamay thrives on the region’s varied soils and expressive terroir. Michel Guignier works biodynamically in the vineyards, and for this cuvée he goes fully natural with no added sulfur, aiming for a pure and transparent expression of the fruit and place.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve slightly chilled, ideally around 12–14°C, and enjoy it without decanting unless you want to give it a brief aeration. It pairs beautifully with charcuterie, roast chicken, grilled vegetables, salade lyonnaise, and simple summer dishes that let its bright fruit and freshness shine.
