In the glass, it shows a brilliant pale gold color with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The nose is bright and expressive, opening with apple, pear, and white peach, followed by citrus, floral notes of linden blossom, and subtle hints of brioche and fresh nuts. On the palate, it is generous yet refined, combining supple fruit, creamy texture, and a delicate crispness that keeps everything in balance. The finish is clean and refreshing, with a gentle mineral edge and lingering fruit character. While it is ready to enjoy now, its structure and balance allow it to hold well for short-term cellaring, though it is best appreciated for its youthful vitality and freshness.

Viininvalmistus
Brut Impérial is sourced from a carefully assembled selection of over 200 crus across Champagne, bringing together fruit from different terroirs to achieve depth, complexity, and consistency. The blend typically includes 30-40% Pinot Noir, 30-40% Pinot Meunier, and 20-30% Chardonnay, with reserve wines used to maintain the house style. The grapes are harvested by hand, and vinification focuses on preserving freshness and aromatic precision before the cuvées are blended and aged to develop texture and harmony.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne is a natural match for sushi, shellfish, oysters, and delicate fish served in light sauces, but it also works beautifully with white meats and mild poultry dishes. It can even pair with a fresh fruit salad, provided it is not overly sweet. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
