Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Gaveæske

Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial is one of Champagne’s most recognisable cuvées, admired for its effortless balance, brightness, and signature house style. Crafted from more than 200 crus and blending Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, it brings together structure, fruit, and finesse in a way that has made it a benchmark non-vintage Champagne for generations.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a lively pale gold color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is radiant and expressive, opening with fresh orchard fruits such as apple, pear, and white peach, followed by citrus, delicate floral notes of linden blossom, and subtle layers of brioche and fresh nuts. On the palate, it is generous yet refined, with a soft, rounded texture and impressive freshness. The fruit is ripe and inviting, while the crisp finish adds lift and precision, creating the hallmark balance that makes Brut Impérial so appealing. As a non-vintage Champagne, it is made to be enjoyed in its youthful vitality, though it can hold for a short period if stored properly.

Viininvalmistus
This Champagne is assembled from a broad selection of over 200 crus across the Champagne region, allowing Moët & Chandon to build consistency and depth year after year. The blend typically includes around 30–40% Pinot Noir, 30–40% Pinot Meunier, and 20–30% Chardonnay, with each grape contributing its own character to the final cuvée. The wine is made using traditional Champagne methods, with careful blending and bottle fermentation to achieve its refined bubbles and layered style.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Brut Impérial is an excellent match for sushi, shellfish, seafood in light sauces, and white meats, and it also pairs beautifully with a fresh fruit salad that is not overly sweet. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and there is no need to decant Champagne.
