Moët & Chandon ICE Impérial is a playful yet polished take on Champagne, created especially to be enjoyed over ice. As the first Champagne designed for this style of service, it offers a richer, fruit-forward profile that makes it a standout choice for warm-weather occasions and relaxed celebrations. Rooted in the house’s long Champagne tradition, it brings a modern twist to one of France’s most iconic names.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, ICE Impérial shows a deep golden colour with an inviting, luminous intensity. The nose is generous and tropical, with notes of mango and guava lifted by ripe summer fruits such as nectarine, raspberry, and gooseberry. On the palate, it is lush and fruit-driven, with red berry flavours, a hint of caramel sweetness, and a rounded, refreshing finish that remains lively even when served with ice. This is a Champagne meant for immediate enjoyment rather than long cellaring, with its style and aromatics best appreciated young. The added ice softens the texture slightly while highlighting its fresh, juicy character.

Viininvalmistus
As a non-vintage Champagne from the heart of France’s Champagne region, ICE Impérial is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The region’s cool climate and chalk-rich soils help preserve freshness and finesse while supporting the wine’s expressive fruit character. The blend is assembled to achieve a richer, more generous style suitable for serving over ice, with vinification focused on maintaining aromatic intensity and balance.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Best served chilled, then poured over ice in a large wine glass to open up its aromas and texture. It pairs beautifully with fresh fruit, summer desserts, light pastries, and even mildly spicy dishes or tapas-style appetisers. A serving temperature around 6–8°C is ideal, and decanting is not recommended.
