Makuprofiili
Deep and concentrated in the glass, Château Pavie 2000 reveals a dense ruby-garnet hue that hints at its intensity and maturity. The nose is layered with black cherry, plum, and dark berry fruit, followed by refined notes of spice, tobacco, and a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and structured, yet beautifully polished, with silky tannins and impressive balance. Viininvalmistus
Château Pavie is located on the limestone-rich terraces of Saint-Émilion, where the terroir gives the wine its signature mineral lift, elegance, and structure. The blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested by hand to ensure only the best fruit is selected, then vinified with great care and precision to preserve both purity and complexity.

This is a wine that pairs naturally with richly flavored dishes such as roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, game, duck breast, or truffle-infused preparations. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting is recommended to allow the wine to fully open and show its depth, especially if enjoyed young or after long cellaring.
