Pol Roger Brut Réserve is a benchmark non-vintage Champagne and a clear expression of the house style: refined, balanced, and consistently high in quality. Crafted from around 30 different still wines and the three classic Champagne grapes, it combines structure, freshness, and elegance in a blend that has made Pol Roger one of the most respected names in the region.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a bright golden colour with a lively stream of fine bubbles. The bouquet is delicate yet expressive, offering fresh citrus, white flowers, orchard fruit, and subtle brioche notes, with a gentle mineral edge that adds definition. On the palate, it is crisp and harmonious, with Pinot Noir bringing depth and backbone, Pinot Meunier adding ripe fruit and youthful energy, and Chardonnay contributing lift and finesse. The finish is clean and persistent, making it enjoyable now while still showing the balance and concentration to hold up well over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée is blended from approximately 30 still wines sourced from different parcels and multiple vintages, with reserve wines typically accounting for 20–30% of the blend. The grapes are cooled before fermentation to help preserve freshness and extract maximum character, and fermentation takes place in neutral, temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is then aged in Pol Roger’s famous deep chalk cellars, which stretch for kilometres underground and provide ideal conditions for slow maturation.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Pol Roger Brut Réserve is an excellent aperitif Champagne and pairs beautifully with oysters, sushi, shellfish, roasted chicken, creamy cheeses, and light dishes with delicate sauces. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
