Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV is a benchmark non-vintage Champagne that captures the house style with remarkable consistency and finesse. Often regarded as one of the finest standard cuvées in the category, it blends Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from around 30 different still wines to deliver balance, depth, and elegance.

Makuprofiili
Pale golden in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with aromas of fresh orchard fruit, citrus peel, white flowers, and subtle notes of brioche and almond. The palate is poised and harmonious, combining Pinot Noir’s structure and depth, Pinot Meunier’s generous fruit, and Chardonnay’s brightness and finesse. There is plenty of freshness on the finish, supported by a creamy texture and a refined mineral edge. Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV is ready to enjoy now, but its structure and reserve wine component also give it the ability to hold beautifully over the next few years.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée is assembled from approximately 30 still wines drawn from multiple vintages, with reserve wines typically making up 20–30% of the blend. The grapes are chilled before fermentation to help extract maximum freshness and character, and vinification takes place in neutral, temperature-controlled tanks to preserve purity of fruit. The wine is then matured in Pol Roger’s deep cellars, stored at around 9°C in galleries stretching 7 km and descending as far as 33 metres underground.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at 8–10°C. Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV works beautifully with oysters, sashimi, roast chicken, tempura, creamy soft cheeses, or elegant canapés, and it is equally enjoyable as an aperitif. Decanting is not recommended; simply open shortly before serving to preserve its delicate mousse and freshness.
